Design and Features

The hoist’s drivetrain was made to meet the noise and size needs of the entertainment market. This resulted in a unique design that is both quiet and compact.

• Standard lift heights of 10, 15, and 20 feet (3, 4.5, and 6 m) with extra lift heights up to 98 feet (30 m)
• High-density polyethylene black chain container

Durability and Safety

The LK Electric Chain Hoist is made to last, with every detail thought out for the customer. Key drivetrain parts like the hoist motor, motor brake, and gearbox are made to last for the hoist’s working period.

The LK chain hoist has an all-pressure case aluminum body, which protects the electrical parts inside the hoist. The plug-and-play connection and rocker-style electrical limits are all inside the hoist body for better protection, and cable gland entries are tested for maximum use to hold up to 400 pounds.

Safety is important in any industrial operation. The LK hoists are factory load tested at 125% the rated capacity and have an innovative slip clutch overload device with the overload factory set at 110% the rated capacity. The rocker style upper and lower hoisting limits also keep you safe and protect the equipment by preventing overtravel of the hook and chain.
