- Returns and Exchanges
1.1. Eligibility:
Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
1.2. Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized products.
Used or damaged items.
Products without original packaging or missing parts.
1.3. Additional Provisions:
Other than defective items, any item that is returned, might be subject to a restocking charge, if applicable. The amount of the restocking charge would be determined by the manufacturer from which the product was ordered.
- How to Initiate a Return
2.1. Contact Us:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at parts-sales@zelus.ca or by phone at 905-643-4928.
2.2. Provide Information:
Please provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2.3. Return Authorization:
Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping the Return
3.1. Packaging:
Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
3.2. Include Information:
Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation, along with the RA number.
3.3. Return Address:
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Refunds and Exchanges
4.1. Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4.2. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange the item for a different product, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Shipping Costs
5.1. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5.2. Original Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Damaged or Defective Items
6.1. Inspect Your Order:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product.
6.2. Replacement or Refund:
We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund for damaged or defective items.
