Thank you for choosing Zelus Material Handling for your product needs. Our Shipping Policy is designed to provide clarity on our shipping procedures, including costs, delivery times, and eligibility for free shipping.

  1. Shipping Destinations

1.1. Canada and Contiguous United States:

We currently offer shipping to all provinces in Canada and the 48 contiguous United States.

  1. Shipping Methods and Costs

2.1. Standard Shipping:

Standard shipping rates apply for orders below the specified minimum purchase amount of $4,140 Canadian Dollars (CAD).

2.2. Free Shipping:

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $4,140 CAD before taxes. This offer is valid for both Canadian and U.S. customers.

2.3. Freight Estimates:

All freight estimates supplied by Zelus Material Handling are created based off standard freight services unless otherwise noted. Additional charges may be applied after shipping is complete if non-standard services are required to complete freight shipments. Non-standard freight services include but is not limited to, arrival notification, appointments, lift gate services, hazardous material, residential/non-commercial delivery, self storage delivery, construction site delivery, over length article fees and food grade protection.

2.4. Buyer Options/Responsibilities:

The buyer is responsible for the freight charge, unloading freight, and/or picking up freight at the terminal if possible.

You, the buyer, have the option to use your own freight carrier for orders requiring freight shipping services. If you wish to have the item shipped using your own freight carrier you must provide the name of the carrier as well as the collect number.

2.5. Residential Address Policy:

If freight is being shipped to a residential location, additional fees will apply. Depending on the residential location we may not be able to supply freight services direct to the destination and shipments may be required to be picked up at the shipping terminal. Customers are responsible for providing their own unloading equipment. Liftgate services are available through the freight carrier at an additional fee.

2.6. Returned/Refused Shipments:

There will be no refunds for refused shipments. Any returned shipments will be paid for by the buyer.

2.7. Special Shipping Arrangements:

If special shipping services are needed, please contact Zelus Material Handling prior to purchasing the item. We will work with you in trying to find the most cost-effective way of shipping.

2.8. Lost/Damaged Shipments:

Zelus Material Handling will not be held responsible for any items damaged during pick-up or shipping when the buyer arranges pick-up or shipping of an order. Zelus Material Handling will also not be held responsible for any items lost or not delivered when the buyer arranges pick-up or shipping of an order.

  1. Shipping Times

3.1. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

3.2. Estimated Delivery Time:

Standard shipping times vary depending on the destinations and manufacturing lead times. The estimated delivery time is based on when the carrier receives the shipment, not when the order is placed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status and delivery date of your package.

Depending on where product ships from, you may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
